Be Merry Shots
These festive tequila based shots decked with raspberry and basil are sure to be a holiday hit.
- 1/3 oz of Eleven20 Blanco Tequila
- 2 Raspberries
- 1-2 Basil Leaves
- Splash of Club Soda (if desired)
Pour Eleven20 Tequila into shot glass (add club soda if desired). Gently drop raspberries into shot and garnish with basil leaves. Drink all at once with Raspberries (be careful not to choke) and consume basil leaves afterwards if you see fit.
Christmas Pomegranate Paloma
This bright, cheerful, sweet, tart, bubbly, refreshing organic vegetarian drink with ruby red pomegranate, is what’s needed for the holiday.
- 2 cups grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup ginger syrup
- 1/2 cups Eleven20 Tequila or to your liking
- 4 cup pomegranate juice
- Ginger beer for topping (or sparkling water)
Combine main ingredients in a large festive pitcher. Chill cocktail until ready to pour over ice and top off with ginger beer.
Santa Clausarita
This white margarita is ideal for Christmas or New Year’s, featuring rum, coconut and Irish cream in addition to tequila.
- 1 1/2 ounces Eleven20 tequila
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 ounce club soda
- Red salt
Combine all liquids and ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into desired glassware. Top with club soda. Rim margarita glasses with red salt, if desired.
Holiday Tequila Spritzer
Use cranberry juice rather than liquor and leave out the tequila, and you’ve got an excellent holiday cocktail.
- 1 cup Eleven20 Blanco Tequila
- ½ cup Cranberry Liquor
- 2 cup Cranberry Juice
- 3 cups Cranberry Seltzer water
- Mint sprigs for garnish
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
Combine all the ingredients in a safe, yet decorative pitcher. Please stir the liquids to your liking and then pour into appropriate glasses for the holiday season. Garnish with mint sprigs and/or fresh cranberries. WALA!
Gingerbread Margarita
Smoky apple cider with cinnamon, rosemary, star anise, and tequila make this an unusual but intriguing gingerbread cocktail.
- 1 oz Eleven20 Tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple sec
- 1/4 oz Gingerbread syrup
- 1/4 oz Lime juice
- Apple Slices
- Cinnamon Stick
- Rosemary
Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice. Add Eleven20 tequila, lime juice, Gingerbread syrup, Triple sec; stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with rosemary (if desired), apple slices, and cinnamon stick.
