The billionaire In-N-Out burger heiress mansion is back on the market and this time company president and owner Lynsi Snyder is asking $16.8 million for the Bradbury, CA, whopper. (Can we say that?)
It’s a little less expensive this time around—she previously entertained the idea of selling in 2017 and 2018—with an asking price of $19,799,000.
And it looks like the lower price is working. After a little over a month on the market, there is already a contingent offer on the place.
Snyder purchased the 11-bedroom, 14-bathroom mansion in 2012 from the future baseball Hall of Famer Adrián Beltré, for $17,411,000.
Sitting on over 4 acres, the huge home is located off the beaten billionaire path in Bradbury Estates, an elite community near the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains, 10 minutes northeast of Pasadena.
It was ideal for Snyder in many ways, partly due to the location—it’s one of the upscale neighborhoods closest to the former In-N-Out headquarters in nearby Baldwin Park, CA.
It was also ideal for Snyder, because of the Bradbury Estates’ 24-hour guard-gated security. Snyder has been the victim of two foiled kidnapping attempts and has four children. Her estate is equipped with extensive security systems.
The mansion was originally developed in 2010, and has 18,687 square feet of living space. Modern Mediterranean in design, it features a circular motor court and a chandeliered grand entrance portico that leads to a two-story entry hall with double staircases and marble floors.
But the impressive aspects of her estate go far beyond the front doors. We picked our five favorite features of the In-N-Out Burger heiress mansion that will leave you drooling — and not just for burgers! Although we must admit, every time we see this feature we’re find ourselves eager to jump in the car and race to the nearest In-N-Out.

The master suite upstairs is spectacular. In addition to the main bedroom with a fireplace, the space has a sitting room with a fireplace, a luxe and spacious bathroom, two expansive walk-in closets, a hair salon and a private office.
Stunning Kitchen(s)
You would expect nothing less from a restaurant owner. Snyder’s gourmet kitchen has lavish decor, massive dual islands, custom cabinetry, and a separate prep/wok kitchen.
Extraordinary Entertainment Facilities
With fun and games facilities like this, who needs to ever leave home? That winning wine cellar and tasting room! The state of the art theater! The billiard room with the built-in bar! Just think of the fun you and 100 of your closest friends could have here!
Crazy Cool, Resort-like Grounds
The outdoor luxury features include a vineyard, a private two-hole golf course with sand traps, and a putting green. In addition to the regulation basketball and tennis courts, there’s an infinity-edge pool and a chic cabana with dining areas and a full outdoor kitchen.
Great Guest Facilities
Added to the eight bedrooms in the main mansion, there’s a plush guesthouse that’s bigger than most of our full-time homes. It has an open floor plan, large kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. All this, and a four washer/four dryer laundry room to clean up after them all.
But wait! There’s more! “There are truly so many things about this estate that make it absolutely remarkable,” he says. “But the views that you’re able to experience from almost every room in the house, and from each of the outdoor living areas, are undeniably breathtaking: Catalina, downtown L.A., city lights looking south and southwest, gorgeous San Gabriel Mountains looking to the north. It’s a very unique five-star luxury, resortlike atmosphere.”
Lynsi Snyder, 38, became the youngest American female billionaire on her 35th birthday, when she inherited full ownership of the burger empire founded by her grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, in 1948.
