If you think Tarek El Moussa has simply been sitting around and licking his wounds after the end of “Flip or Flop,” we have evidence to prove otherwise. What you’ve seen on TV is only the beginning of what the HGTV star has been up to lately.

Seems Tarek El Moussa flips like crazy! Between his spinoff show, “Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa,” and his love for Southern California real estate, El Moussa is a flipping machine. At the present moment, his limited liability company owns close to 40 homes, all in some state of renovation.

Right now, five of those places are finished and on the market. When you peek at this quintet, you’ll find El Moussa definitely has a signature style.

The five homes below might look a little spartan without ex-wife Christina Hall‘s colorful staging, but they are quick flips (El Moussa gets most of them on the market in two months or less), so it might not pay to invest time and money into moving furniture in and out.

Depending on how much El Moussa spends on his projects, he stands to make around $120,000 to $225,000 per home—not bad for a couple of months of work.

Bougainvillea bungalow: This Colonial Spanish–style townhouse built in 1988 is perhaps the most luxurious on our list of five. It’s also the biggest, with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2,558 square feet of space. Due to its size, it’s also among the priciest.

Located in the San Gabriel Valley within commuting distance of Pasadena and Los Angeles, it offers a gleaming white canvas for new owners to paint as they please. It also features distressed-wood laminate flooring that looks like wood but holds up far better.

An upgraded kitchen features quartz countertops, a peninsula with seating space, and stainless-steel appliances. Bonus features include a three-car garage, private patios, en suite bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and a community pool.

Black and white delight: It’s amazing what a little black and white paint, new flooring, and new cabinets will do. This two-bedroom home was built in 1957 and has a modest 948 square feet of living space and a freshly sodded lot.

Inside, the kitchen and baths appear to have undergone the largest changes. The former boasts new quartz countertops, Shaker cabinets, and designer tile. The wood-look vinyl flooring is also a nice new touch, and the detached two-car garage comes with plenty of storage space.

Quick fix: It took just a month to revitalize the interior of this two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo. After a few weeks on the market, it is pending sale.

The 1,328-square-foot, three-story unit features a fireplace, balconies, and a back patio. The bathrooms have been refreshed, and the new kitchen features El Moussa’s signature stainless-steel appliances, Shaker cabinets, and tile backsplash.

While some of the carpeting remains, El Moussa also added some wood-look vinyl flooring to instantly upgrade the home. He must have gotten a bulk deal on the flooring, because we’re seeing it in almost all of his flips.

Straight outta Compton: Flips in this area are fast and frequent. Small houses like this one built in the 1950s are ripe and ready for renovation. The nearby SoFi Stadium has helped to revitalize the area.

This three-bedroom home offers up 1,016 square feet of living space. It comes with a two-car garage and a sizable backyard. Plenty of white paint, new kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops appear to be the main improvements.

Stainless-steel appliances had not been delivered before the listing photos were shot, but they’re promised in the listing details.

Maybe the price is right: If you’re wondering why this two-bedroom home has a higher price than the homes above, you must consider the location. This 1940s cottage is set on a hillside in the smoking hot Lincoln Heights area. It’s also the only house of the bunch with lovely views of the city.

But unlike the others, it had a price reduction. The 1,115-square-foot home features a sparkling-new bathroom and kitchen, with El Moussa’s signature quartz countertops and Shaker cabinets. There’s also—you guessed it—stainless-steel appliances, wood-look vinyl flooring, and a black and white exterior.

What sets this apart from other Tarek El Moussa flips is its newly landscaped back and front yards and the original bay window in front. Perhaps those two unique features will help to clinch a deal for this cute abode.
